Whether you are looking for a new build, extension, loft conversion or complete home refurbishment, we can provide all the design services you need, available to assist and advise at every stage, until we achieve the property of your dreams.

Building Surveys

We undertake building surveys as part of the overall design process, along with providing a set of existing drawings which are generally required to accompany planning applications.

Alternatively, we can undertake a building survey and provide a drawing record of an existing building for alternative purposes.

Design & Feasibility

Initial design and feasibility proposals are provided based on your brief. These are generally created following the initial building survey, with various visuals and drawings created to allow you to understand the proposals fully, inc. multiple options where required.

Planning Applications

We will assist with your planning application by not only providing the design and planning drawings but will also submit the application and liaise with the local authority and appointed planning officers accordingly, through to a final decision notice being issued.

Alternatively, we are happy to work in conjunction with a dedicated planning consultant for the more contentious projects.

Building Regulation Drawings

Following the initial design and planning approvals, we will produce the relevant building control drawings and specification notes required for building control plan check purposes and suitable for general tendering purposes.

3D Architectural Modelling

Utilising 3d software a virtual model of both the existing and proposed is produced which allows for numerous views and visuals to be provided to assist with the design process, along with providing the relevant imagery for subsequent planning applications once the design is fully approved by yourselves.

CGI Visualisations

Following production of the appropriately detailed 3d virtual model and in order to provide greater visualisation for decision making or for marketing material, fully rendered CGI images or animations can be produced. Examples of which can be found throughout this website.
