Wild Goose Architecture was founded in 2019, based in Kidsgrove, Staffordshire and focusses on providing a bespoke cost-effective architectural design service.
We offer a complete architectural service from inception through to completion and setting us apart from the most, we can keep everything under one roof and offer a complete end-to-end service including the consultation, planning, design and execution of a project if needed.
Consultation
A free no obligation initial consultation is undertaken to ascertain your project requirements and aspirations.
During this process you will be given initial thoughts and an overview of the various services that can be provided including confirmation of associated costs and anticipated time scales.
Design
Once appointed, the process starts by undertaking any required site surveys which are then utilised to create a virtual 3D computer model of the existing building / land andany relevant context.
Following evaluation of your requirements, a series of cost-effective designs are developed in order for you to choose one that meets your aspirations, presented through a live navigation 3D computer model of each proposal, thoroughly reviewed alongside you, with modifications incorporated during this process if required.
Planning Permission
The chosen design is firstly evaluated to ascertain whether a full planning application is required or whether the design meets permitted development rights.
The appropriate documents are then produced which include planning drawings and the completion of relevant forms and certificates. Once submitted to the local authority the application will be followed through to a successfulapproval.
Detailed Design
Once planning approval is received the production of construction drawings will commence which can be used for the purpose of receiving comparative quotes from tendering contractors along with submitting to building control for approval.
For your piece of mind assistance will be provided throughout the construction process whenever required along with the added benefit of ProfessionalIndemnity and Public Liability Insurance being in place.
